I recently faced multiple connectivity issues, and a technician came out to assist. He replaced faulty splitters and the modem and explained everything in detail. My internet speed has never been better. I’m grateful for his expertise and professionalism, but the services still need to be improved. Thanks for getting it right this time!

I do understand the work of the customer service team, yet I was disappointed with the entire process. So I always experience breaks on my TV and the internet connection. My TV constantly glitches, and the internet is unreliable. I canceled the service mid-month, which still costs the full amount. I wish there were better value for the price I pay.
