Disappointed with the New Wi-Fi

I switched to AT&T’s new Air Wi-Fi after using U-verse for 8 years. Unfortunately it was not what I expected. The constant lagging made streaming movies frustrating. So I had to cancel the service.

I had issues with a service line due to county roadwork. Despite multiple calls and discussions with tech my problem wasn’t resolved. When I contacted customer service I was told to write to the CEO for further help. Disappointing experience overall.

The low-cost plans are great, and customer service is helpful, but my 300 Mbps plan needs help with streaming and gaming. It’s overpriced for the performance, so I may switch if better options become available in my area.
